All the items we sell are new and supplied in the manufacturer’s packaging. Most items will ship within 24 hours Monday-Friday during normal business days if placed before 11 a.m. CST. Otherwise, the item will be shipped within 5 business days. If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will replace it without additional charge. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange replacement. If you would like to return an item for any reason you may do so within 10 days of purchase if the Manufacturer's packaging has not been opened and the item is returned in sale-able condition. Due to FDA regulations regarding cross contamination and the resale of medical supplies and devices, we cannot accept returns on any equipment where the Manufacturer's or Supplier's packaging has been opened. Refunds are processed back to the original payment account, minus a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. UPS and FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes. If your credit card billing address is a PO box, you agree to ship to a different address than what is on your credit card billing address.
