What Liberty Does For You
We get your prescription and airline form
We do international and pediatric POC rentals
What comes with my rental?
Concentrator, 1 rechargeable battery, wall charger, car charger, carry bag & strap, user manual, cannula kit, and free 24/7 technical assistance.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Home oxygen concentrators and portable oxygen concentrators are a Class II medical device that require a physician’s order, but don’t worry because Liberty Medical will get all necessary documentation on your behalf.
What is the battery requirement to take my POC on an airplane?
The FAA requires 150% more battery than your flight time (Example: If your flight is 4 hours, you will need 6 hours of battery life). Some airlines will require you to have your flight time + 3 additional hours. Liberty will inform you if extra batteries are required.
Can I buy the POC I am renting?
Of course, just give us a call for pricing. You can also extend your rental at any time if you need it for a longer period of time. Liberty also offers financing through Care Credit and PayPal Credit on the purchase of a new POC.
Are your portable oxygen concentrators FAA approved?
Yes. All of Liberty Medical’s POC’s are FAA approved through every airline. We also provide you with a sticker stating that your machine is FAA approved. Need a sticker for your personal POC? Give us a call, we would be happy to mail you one free of charge!
What if I want to buy a new model of the POC I am renting?
If you would like to purchase a new POC, we will apply a credit to the purchase. (Credit must be used within 1 week after the rental has ended.)
